Well actually Madara's power is limited in Edo form when he was brought back to life he obtained his former power now if he did it the size would be way larger then it is now. Hashirama also said that he got his former power back suggesting that his Edo power even with Hashi Dna and other things paled in comparison to his power when he was alive.
