Why are people saying bijuu mode has gotten bigger??

The bijuu mode is literally the kurama inside of him which comes out, a fully sentient and talking bijuu rather than like a robot whose size you can increase or decrease as you wish

Why are people so opposed to the idea that maybe they were wrong about the size of susanoo and overestimated it rather than saying kurama magically got bigger

narutos bsm was only as big as sasukes v3 sussanoo.. sasukes ps is bigger than his v3 susanoo yet narutos new bm is the same size as it. hence it got bigger. not only that but it was but two chapters that the sage LITERALLY said that naruto has CHAKRA FROM ALL THE TAILED BEASTS as well as his own.

It's possible Naruto is using Rikudou senjutsu to make his avatar bigger. We've seen his senjutsu make his attacks bigger before. Why can that not be the case for the avatar? Plus we saw his avatar the same size as a lesser version of Sasuke's Susano'o earlier. It makes more sense that his avatar got stronger and bigger just as Sasuke's did.

Like I said you are operating under the belief that bijuu mode is some kind of a robot where you can attach arms, put more stuff in it if you like

Its not, its a bijuu, you cant modify it as you cant modify the bijuu, its the bijuu coming out to fight

I think it's because everyone is used to seeing a crotching Bijuu Mode, not standing upright.

Do you expect him to note down pixel measurements of each jutsu/character/mode in comparison to the environment? Only in NB will one ever see people actually expecting Kishi to scale his characters with their respective jutsu's well.
