Heck, even sealing is a form of fusion. Two concious entities exist in the same body, and can switch in and out. They can share powers...

The toads were alive. Samehada was alive. Oro was alive, but incapacitated. Zetsu was very much alive

Zetsu is not of the same nature as the humans in the show. The toads where just attached and do the job of sitting still. That would not be a fusion. What was used was Oro blood I believe.... and he wasnt alive. Sasuke had killed him.

I just don't see him going the DBZ route and I personally think fusion is stupid. Putting two people of different minds into one just doesn't work for this show. Its a nice theory but I just don't see it in this show. I think this show is all about implanting.

it works for the jinjuriki's pretty well

And for the implanting vs fusion thing... I feel that so far, the main protagonists of the seiries have always implanted things to make them stronger. Whereas some heros have fused with their partners in order to become stronger. Its a good vs evil thing.

Your choosing not to see the difference but I have given like 10 examples of how its not that.

How would fusing two humans work in this show? This show is a chess game not checkers. In other shows when they fuse they magically get new powers and start whooping ass. In this show people have to train to aquire additional power even when parts are transplanted. Sometimes Kishi can't show you all the training but it is being done. If you can somehow explain how that would work in the Naruto Universe then I'm all ears.

And I hope he doesnt do that... that would be soooooooooo boring and way too much like DBZ.

So what do you expect? Naruto and Sasuke becomming one? Turning into Naruke, Saruko, Nasuke, Sasuko?
How would they fuse? By sealing one person into the other?
Would a new body be created in the fusion? Would they use Naruto's body, Sasuke's body? Swap?

How do you see it all happening?

I will not say how the fusion will take place. because I am not Kishi. It is his choice, and he will do what he wants. I have just been explaining that fusion has always been a part of this manga in one way or another. And the next step is human/human fusion. we have seen human/animal, human/tool, human/cells, ...and zetsu.

Sasuke Naruto fusion would ruin the series. This ain't DBZ.

I think only bijuu can be sealed inside someone. Itachi seals people inside his spiritual energy, not his actual body.
