Madara - needed his EMS/Rinnegan to fully stabilize his PS.

Sasuke - could only use his complete Susanoo with dual MS; needed his Sharinnegan to stabilize his PS.

Itachi - had two Mangekyo Sharingan, like Kakashi, but could only use his complete Susanoo and couldn't even stabilize his Susanoo to the extent of having legs.

Kakashi - manifests a fully-stabilized Edo Madara-tier PS with only dual MS in mere pages.
