Naruto didn't even have time to train his own son with Rasengan (spoiler), the movie doesn't say who taught him the shadow clones.

Nope otherwise Sarada would've also learned Rasengan, he can't learn Kage Bunshin, Vaccuum Palm and Rasengan on his own and Naruto wasn't Hokage when they were still young so him and Hinata/Hanabi would have had time to teach him those jutsu
