Madara is genius than you and he knew that he couldn't beat hashirama in his life unless he obtain hashirama's power thats why he delayed izanagi in his right eye.

If he was confident that he could beat hashirama after using izanagi then he would use it but that wasn't the case and it proof my point So STFU

Madara was out of chakra.
He couldn't even activate the sharingan and people keep telling he could have used izanagi,
which he only can use if his sharingan is activated. And yeah Hashirama was still standing,
1 eyed Madara with no chakra would still lose.
