why are people against a third series of naruto?

to me it looks like people are enjoying it or they wouldn't be reading or watching the current series, i think they just want some love and attention.

to be honest it would be interesting if a third series is made and we would probably see new character like jugo, karin and sugi etc, also new powers like susanno, the black fire and rennigan etc.

If they did make a new one, I don't want it to be about Naruto/Sasuke. They're practically gods themselves at this point. Maybe it could be about Naruto's child or a new character generations later, if anything. But considering they're literally fighting god at this point and stopping some conspiracy plan thats been around since the beginning of ninjutsu, I don't even know what it would be about.

If there was a part 3, what pray tell would happen? Naruto and Sasuke are too strong. After this war literally no one else is strong enough to compete with them on the planet. It would have to be regarding a different person in the manga, just tell stories of their lives after the war (though I don't see how he could make that into an entire part), or be about going to space/different dimension to fight stronger people.

a small time skip arc i wouldn't mind , to see what happen to everyone and to see what naruto and sasuke decide what to do about correcting the system , just long as not like two or three more years

I think it might work if it's not about Naruto and the gang as main characters. Maybe like the teachers of the new main characters or something. When the war ends, they will be pretty much out of story to tell. Sasuke will return, there is quite a big chance Naruto is going to become Hokage, and that will close the circle.

well they are fighting an alien... not the God of all creation. But I get your point and agree, the naruto/sauce thing should not be center stage, and it would be fun to watch others get attention of their children, some unique problem..political minded problems where susano and rasengan barrage are not every effective. There is still the rest of the world and the ninja world is only a small part of it.
