[Question] Why are announcements no longer made?

Hello guys I am member like you guys not high nor below you guys just equal *_*. I just came to NB and saw these new features Narutobase has implemented. After I logged in I went to the

section to check what is the new skin and like plugins features all about. What I found was a thread made almost 5 months ago. It was talking about maintenance- yeah you know about it guys. The thing is if I remember correctly that section was made for announcements and updates about NarutoBase and the so new MangaBase.net.

There they used to post stuff about when will the site be down for maintenance, wishing us happy new year, launching of new banners. Even make themes for valentine's day. Now where is all that guys? A lot of things have been changing around NB and all you have done is not tell us anything about it in the announcement section. You took down the number of people who have visited profile plugin, took down the some view VM convos skin customization ages ago. As far as I am concerned no one made an official anouncement why it was removed.

Even today you NB staff implemented new plug ins for like, dislike feature and a new skin. Who knows maybe new village and post rank banners are coming. But why aren't you guys making announcements about this? Mangabase was created why didn't you make an announcement about this in the announcement section? If you did people would have been able to discuss about it in one thread and if another person wanted to know about it they would have simply went to that thread and read about it instead of them making multiple threads about it in this section. Like how they are now about these features.

So my question to you NB Staff members; Why are you no longer interacting to us and announce to use when something lie this is about or has happened on our site? Why are announcements no longer made in the Announcement section?

Some of these changes are new to us mods just the same as they are new to you. Admin(s) will make announcements when they think everything is in place and the time is right to, just be a little patient please.

They're still making the changes .. Im sure they'll announce about all the new stuff once all the modifications are done

Sure when everything is in place, when is that really? How many things have changed these past months and there haven't been no announcements about? Look at mangabase, the status system, removal of no. of visitors in a profile etc. Its been longer then 4 month and we've never heard about any announcement concerning it. Like today those approx 9 -14 threads about new features added today woulnd't it be better if there was an official thread made about it instead of those many threads people have made here today?

] an announcement would stop, because people would have that thread to discuss about these new changes. Well you would do it if didn't like these threads like me but if you enjoy repetitive threads well so be it do it your way guys.

Announcements are always made when major changes are implemented and ready to be used. Sometimes we shut down the whole site for maintenance, but we believe it's better to do it on the fly while keeping the site running for everyones convenience. There has not been any changes worth announcing for the past months due to the main changes that has been made has been behind the scenes in terms of hardware and optimization of how the site runs. Either way with this said, as V mentioned earlier, there will be announcements when things are ready to be announced.

Look Zise I am not asking for much here. I am just suggesting that if you guys decide to create a new skin or add any new plugins how about you announce it and tell us about it before you actually put it. This is not about today's changes only, its also about changes that have been occurring these past month which you minor them as not worth announcing. I am talking about those things I mentioned at the top, either way if people make threads about you staff when you take or put those plugins away then in my book its worth mentioning. I just want to know what else is going to change, I dont want to see an announcement when things have already changed, it would be worthless.
