Why amaterasu didn't activated when Sasuke saw Kakashis sharingan?

It was designed to activate one seeing Tobi's Sharingan . . . Itachi planned for Sasuke to return to konoha, so he would have considered the fact that the Sasuke may burn other Sharingan users too.

Also it works nly once i think.

I mean, it's stated by Tobi that Itachi put an Amaterasu seal on Sasuke which would activate if he shows his Sharingan. And we know with recent chapters that Tobis sharingan is in fact Obitos, and the same goes with Kakashis.

So if it's true, then normally Amaterasu should have been activated when Sasuke saw Kakashis sharingan, right?:shrug:

it was a one shot thing, i guess, though imo what it shows is that at the time Kishi had not planned for Tobi to be Obito or have his eye.

I believe that is beause Itachi made it ignite when Sasuke sees Tobi (Known to him as madara) that actually was mentinned but sorry I couldn't find the page.
