Kiba is hot-headed. That doesn't make him a bad character, plus remember Kiba was emotionally involved because of the Sasuke Retrieval Mission that ended badly.

No no no, i don't hate Kiba.
He is just annoying sometimes, like a barking dog who wont shut up.Other than that, I don't have an issue kiba, he barely even show in the manga.

Kiba is definitely the forum's punching bag.

And sure, the character is loud, hot-headed and reckless but think about it....so is a dog- that's his character. Kiba is a human incarnate of a dog, and I think he's a great character. He had a bit of a douchebag entrance into the show when he murdered some genin in the Forest of Death and mouthed off to Naruto but hey, most characters in Naruto are douchebags when they're introduced (Tsunade/Itachi/Neji)

I don't get why the hate is all still here. He's a passionate, likeable character with a good design, a awesome new jutsu and good relationships with those around him, not every character can be the quiet and mysterious stereotype like Sasuke and Shino, it'd be boring.

I'm thinking the genuine Kiba haters are cat people.

I agree. I don't mind Kiba for the most part. However, when he shouts out things like "I'll be Hokage" seemingly out of nowhere it makes me want to punch him.
