For negative feedback on sasuke as ems being akatsuki member. It is manga fact obito implanted itachi ms into sasuke eyes while sasuke was still an subordinate to akatsuki and also sasuke meeting with the hokage was his only breakage from the akatsuki so he had ems as akatsuki.
For more complaints about edo madara being on the team well he is on the team sure he can break free at any moment but this isn't the manga and this isn't plot based so he doesn't have any of his own ambitions.

Most akatsuki members are kage level and those who aren't have hax abilities.
Of course the kage team have large scale jutsu but the akatsuki have greater skill and hax abilities not only that but most of them are geniuses and all of them are a team they have went on countless missions with each other the kage team outside of hashirama and tobirama have no long term teamwork together battling only the 5kage vs madara and edo hokage vs obito and madara thats not enough team work time to know anything about each other.
The akatsuki wins high diff
None of the kage know about itachi genjutsu prowess and you can say hashirama and tobirama have faced many uchiha true but means nothing because not even madara used genjutsu on the level of itachi sasuke or obito so the kage team every member can get caught by ms genjutsu.
Hokage team has speedsters but akatsuki team have coordination and defense. There are 2 susano users that can shield most akatsuki members and orochimaru and kabuto and kakuzu have special abilities that cheat death to an extent
I think obito and itachi come out looking spectacular
