Why Akathsuki made hiddeen mist village as first base

Reason: All of us are read the new manga Naruto 604 the hidden mist ninjas made a situation that Kakkashi need to kill Rin. This is what I think. Obito hated the mist village and their ninjas.So he controlled the Yagura their kage. Since he controlled by genjustu I am sure that Obito made the mist village to became akathsukis first base. Obito still hated them and started bloody mist era. Making genins and academy students to kill each other to become ninja. Making Ill minded ninjas. I think this is all done by Obito.

but think about zabuza, it happened before yagura, yagura was contolled by obito in kisames rise to the seven nija swordsman, but zabuza is much older than kisame, and so on, obito would have been kakashi's age and height, meaning he would have also been zabuzas height and around the same age.

Using the organization is different then having the orangization based there. I was not disagreeing with the mist using akatsuki, its been shown they have. But the orangization itself began and is based in the Hidden Rain. I believe the orangization was already established and in control of the rain village at by the time Obito controlled Yugara. Thats all I was saying
