Why is it so hard to accept that Obito's natural eye ability to teleport things saved him in a special occasion where he needed it to survive without having unlocked MS?
It doesn't mean he unlocked MS there. Really, this is so illogical you have to make a thread complaining about it?

Itachi can use Tsukiyomi without activating his MS
its kinda like how Obito phased through the rocks as a second nature sorta thing.

About where the lair was located. Yes it's bs, BUT it's not impossible since if you look at the map, the bridge was quite close to where Nagato lived, so if he gave his eyes to him he didn't move very far afterwards, which could justify its location.

Where did it say he awakened MS

It didn't. People are assuming that is what happened because of a quote by Madara from last chapter. It was something like "you were somehow able to slip away from the rocks" hinting that this is what happened.
