How in the fvk is a wooden dragon going to hurt him? For gods sake, he tanked a FRS without his lightning armor. That freaking wooden dragon aint hurting this dude.

The only people who can beat him:

Rikudo maddy
Rikudo obito
Current susuke/Naruto
Hashi/ems maddy
DSM kabuto

Maybe a few others but that's it. No hokage has anything in their arsenal to hurt this dude. They wont figure out how he got that scar on his chest unless they have intel.

Secondly, even if Hashirama wooden dragon bind him, 3rd Raikage pocesses Hell finger that can literally cut anything.. Which he use to cut all Gyuki Tails..

Thirdly, Naruto noticed 3rd Raikage is as fast as Fourth Raikage.. Nagato won't even see him.
