Kakuzu and Danzo have shown the most skills with fuuton

Kakuzu only shown 1 wind style, but it was very powerful, he could use it easily and use it to enhance his other attacks, notably his fire style

Danzo has shown many wind release , been ale to create blades and bullets of air, the ability to levitate, enhanced greatly his weapons, slashing wind currents similar to temari's, a single powerful slashing air stream. His summon Baku also used a powerful suction that stalled his enemies while greatly enhancing his own wind styles

Naruto has the strongest wind style shown, but it's only wind style he's shown so I can't count him as good with it

So in the end , I think Danzo's shown the most skill with wind

i dont know, kakuza and danzo are great but asuma seemed pretty sturdy when talking to naruto about wind techniques..

Your somewhat right, due to Temari's fan her wind style is really strong and im pretty sure they surpass Danzo, however even though Kakuzu only showed one wind style jutsu it was extremely powerful.
