Who is stronger between Jiraiya and Orochimaru? Jiraiya claimed he could take Itachi and Kisame at the same time in Part 1 so I don't know what that means really, or if Orochimaru could've taken on the 3/6 paths of pain.

man i dont think jiraiya has any chance as oro has Edo tensai he can pawn J-man basically

if both are fighting with preparation and have no knowledge on each obviously oro wins

another example oro easily played with 4 tailed naruto where as jiraiya got bone cracked to suppress naruto in 4 tails soo obviously oro wins

I don't think that he ever said that but he did tried to kill them both.

I think orochimaru is stronger because of his weird jutsu's and he uses a lot of forbidden techniques

I would say Oro thanks to Edo tensei.

Orochimaru took on Naruto, obviously testing Naruto's tailed power but he didn't have any moment of fear towards that power, in fact he enjoyed toying with him. Oh and lets not forgot Oro's arms were sealed @ this fight.

With his arms not sealed I say Oro takes it high - difficulty. With his arms sealed I'd say Jiraiya high difficulty.

the only reason why oro was able to "toy with 4tail naruto is because hes immortal and can keep shedding his skin and rebirth himself. any other ninja would of died in that fight. but j-man didnt, And oro was getting pawn in that fight toying or not, he just couldnt die, the only way to beat oro is to seal no attack in the world can kill him

Jiraiya was trying to bring back Naruto to his normal form, he wasn't fighting him, while Orochimaru and Naruto were blasting, crushing all over the place (mostly Naruto).

Orochimaru couldn't take on Itachi for a second. But Jiraiya is something else, Itachi said him self, if they fought both would die.
If Orochimaru couldn't beat Itachi, there is no chance he can even come close to Pain/Nagato, while Jiraiya took down three of the Paths.
The only thing keeping Orochimaru alive is his Living Corpse Reincarnation, Slithering Snake Mode and those things.

Jiraiya was also at a Disadvantage During Fight with Oro.

Yes Oro's arms were Sealed, but Tsunade had drugged jiraiya, he could hardly Mold Chakra and could barely summon Boss.
