What Naruto, Sasuke, Itachi and Guy do is just pure speed in general. They are not using a technique to increase their speed.

Sasuke Rinnegan(Not confirmed) and Minato is Space/Time Ninjutsu.

Minato has saved Kushina from Kurama (Shunshin-No-Jutsu)
Minato was the first at the battelfield , and he had even time to put the Kunais over the battelfield + a Kunai at the ozean.
Minato saved Obito from Kakashi like nothing (Shunshin-No-Jutsu)

@bold - At that time Naruto is moving normally didn't used his full speed,go and watch that episode and watch episode of kcm naruto vs raikage and compare those speed feats,you'll know
