im done. the anime portrayed body flicker as teleportation and even in the fight with sasuke vs deidara they never mentioned body flicker so i thought it was more like ftg

sasuke...speed always has been one of his strong point...since from the chapter 5 bell test ,
against 2 demon brothers /chunins from kiri
against haku
etc
Not sure why people vote Sasuke when all he did in latest chapter was a Rinnengan ability allowing him to teleport within a limited area. Gai doesn't use Shunshin well enough as well. It's his physical speed which is boosted when shunshin is a ninjutsu. Naruto still has the best shunshin out of everyone here with Minato as close second
Sasuke couldn't have used his rinnegan to catch up to Madara because it was limited to an area, just like you said.
He catches up to Madara and did something no one else could, even with FTG. Both Minato and Tobirama failed, yet they were considered the fastest shining of their time.

I don't know about you but a kunai staying exactly in place (coincidentally) for over 17 years at the exact spot that he needs it seems a bit unrealistic, doesn't it?
And Madara doesn't have better feats, he simply has better reaction feats (due to stolen SM).
And Tobirama was hailed to be the fastest shinobi of his age, and FTG is S/T so it doesn't count as being fast, or having allot of speed.
And yeah, forget Hiruzen and Hashirama's speed.
