Whose power did Tobi steal?

I believe that tobi isnt a Uchiha because his sharengan never turns off which means it was transplanted. With that being said it also means that who ever he got his right eye from had space time ninjutsu (Intangability, teleporting, and teleporting others). Heres the problem, because of this right transplanted sharingan tobi has become very close to invunerable, sooo how did the person who originally have the eye die.lol :shrug:

Its seems crazy to think that tobi killed the guy for it because tobi wouldnt have been able to touch him, so my only conclusion from everything we have seem in the manga and in the anime is that he got his eye from the dead OBITO UCHIHA.
(He was so young :T_T..

I know other people use to believe he was obito (which is false lol), but i just wanna know who you think might have passed up one of the best eyes that the uchiha produced. What do you all think?

(P.S what if he would have unlocked EMS with thouse eyes and would have had susano and intagibility.. Ultimate Defense + intangebility + s/t nin = indestrutable..:scorps

we have seen itachi without his sharingan activated.. i didnt say he covered it, he only covered one of them.. ill accept your opinion that he is a uchiha but clues say diffrent.

as far as we know he had sharingan for longer than that and he may have unlocked it himself like kakashi did with the ms i am sure at some point we will learn who or what tobi is and how he got invloved with madara i say he is either the elder son of the sage or maybe he is madaras son who knows only time and kisshi will tell

I think the sharingan he keeps uncovered is his own that provides his own special abilities

THat doesnt make any sense, the only evidence we have of any S/T jutsu from Obito's sharingan is an MS tech. You cant use an MS tech just by mastering a 3t sharingan. Its like saying sasuke could use amaterasu just because he mastered his standard sharingan
