if naruhina child took every thing naruto have like rassingan etc yes he would be stronger cuz his naruto

but if not sasusaku child would be stronger because

sharingan >byakugan

fire and lighting

healing ability (it will be hard kill him/her since he/she can heal her/him self)

and sakura is good at genjutsu

and sasuke chidori

plus if you add sasuke speed with sakura super strength this child would be unbeatable U_U
