honestly in conclusion, i would have to say hashi dna is still the best. Madara got the rinnegan because of hashi dna. Madara and obito both need and use their hashi dna to control the juubi. nagato was strong because of izunas eyes plus hashi dna

Here is the thing. Izuna might have gave Madara the eyes....but when he unlocked the Rinnegan it wasn't due to Izuna .
