For me it's Naruto, Sasuke, Tobi, Madara, Itachi, Kakashi and Guy. Oh and the Ichiraku Ramed dude.

Madara and Itachi are already dead so they dont count.

Kakashi already died once but was resureccted by Pein's dumb jutsu...I wouldn't care if he died. Jiraiya dying was the most sad, at least for me.
