i have to go with Komamura for this one! Gin comes second and ichigo,byakuya come third!

Komamura might be weak but from looks his si hte most royal,Badass etc

Soi Fon's Bankai is a friggin' nuke. Not the best or most powerful, but still friggin' badass, considering the size and scale differences between the two.
