1 - Tsunade (love her personality, abilities, design, everything since her introduction).
2 - Hiruzen (for the way he cares about the others and the effort he made to save his village, a true shinobi).
3 - Hashirama (goofy personality and funny while being one of the most badass ninjas of all time, need to say more).
4 - Tobirama (overall i like him, he seemed like a total ass in terms of personality in the beggining (imo) but he's not like that).
5 - Minato (meh, i find him a bit boring therefore he's the one i like the least).
