Who's your favorite Non-OP character?

Everyone has different definitions on what makes a character OP but just do your best to try and pick one everyone would agree is not completely OP.

Deidara, Gaara, and Suigetsu would be my favorite. I wouldn't say they are crazy powerful but they're pretty decent.

Deidara because of his art and his dialogue and fighting style. I think Explosive style is the sh*t. "Geijutsu wa Bakuhatsu!"

Gaara because of his character development and the way he changed after meeting Naruto. He's grown up so much =D

Suigetsu because of the comments he makes Lol he's always making funny comments.

Tonton because of his potential.

I really like Hinata, she's quite the flawed little girl (which she acknowledges) but she seems to have developed quite the faith in herself. I also like her backstory.

Shikamaru is badass as well. His teacher relationship with Asuma was my favourite after Jiraiya and Naruto, and I like his calm, cool demeanor.
