Maybe my overall favorite is Pain. His dialogue was incredible imo.

Nagato by far. He was so badass.

Tobi because he is funny sometimes, now he is just evil but back then, he made me laugh alot. I also like his background and how he was fighting to see his friends again. Then he got disappointed and went badass. I just find him cool.
