ok so we know itachi has 2 weapons of Imperial Regalia of Japan

i think itachi's Yasaka Magatama is different then madara's Yasaka Magatama

i think madara's Yasaka Magatama comes from ems while itachi's Yasaka Magatama comes from Imperial Regalia of Japan

maybe he has all the pieces of Imperial Regalia of Japan

if itachi's Yasaka Magatama comes from Imperial Regalia of Japan then it's stronger than madara's Yasaka Magatama
because all the pieces of Imperial Regalia of Japan are extremely strong like yata mirror that reflects anything and totsuka sword that seals anything it touchs

for those who don't know Imperial Regalia of Japan are a set of legendary weapons

so that means itachi's Yasaka Magatama is different than madaras and stronger

Where the hell do you get this information from? Where in the manga is it stated that the imperial regalia of Japan has anything to do with Itachi's or Madara's technique? They can both use it and Madara's is bigger and can use more of them.

madaras is stronger and theres more of it. itachis yasaka magatama is just 3 tomoe stringed together. madaras yasaka magatama has over 10.

1. The imperial regailia is non-existant in the narutoverse
2. In our world, kishi uses some of the attacks/weapons/modes/forms as representation of this regalia
3. There is no definitive answer since madara also possesses the same attack and thus we can infer that anyone who is able to obtain the MS/EMS can use the attack. Now, that being said, who can weild it better? We could say Itachi (just to be bias) but the cake has to go to Madara. Itachi used his attack on a small scale while Madara was seen using it on a massive scale. Unless we SEE Itachi procure the same results then Madara is clearly the winner.

I would say...

Madara - Stronger
Itachi - Obvious better weilder but we haven't seen him use it on a wide scale like his counterpart.

We saw that madara's might have more toes but he uses them individually and with this the size and impact decreases. Whether he can form one big one with all of his tome's is unknown. If he can then obviously that would not only be bigger but will have a stronger impact than itachi's. Until then itachi's 3 formed tomo;e is bigger than madara's individual tomoe's and with this size advantage has the impact advantage also

To be honest I think Sasuke's is the best. Now it may not be yasaka magatama exactly but it does the exact same thing which is shoot several chakra shuriken at the opponent except it's made from amaterasu.
