I've come to a conclusion that Spiral Zetsu is not Yamato , and Guy will play a major role in defeating Madara .

As for the 1st case , I think so because I don't think neither Yamato/Spiral Zetsu can use the Buddha summoning . One requires Sennin Modo to actually use it . I think that the Spiral Zetsu would be the mysterious man .

He clearly knows about Sasuke and Naruto , and Hashirama and Madara .

As for the 2nd case , I think so because 8th Gate was hyped since part 1 , and we finally got to see that in the lastet chapters . It will weaken Madara for sure , and let Naruto/Sasuke finish him off .

Spiral Zetsu is Spiral Zetsu, meaning, he is the one in control and the one talking, made obvious by his "poop" reference to the dialoge with Obito. The person inside is just used as a host/vessel for him.

So, with that said, the person inside being some kind of super-duper-secret-villain (elder son or other crap) makes no sense at all, since he is not in control.

Yamato is the most likely candidate by far.

Dont forget Danzo. I would happily bet $500 that danzo, the character, was invented purely to mislead people from Tobi's true identity. He had a sharingan on the same side, was old, had similar hair, and the only part of Tobi' face we has seen was the part of Danzo's we hadn't.
