No one. otherwise Naruto, Sasuke and Kaguya could have sensed him right away.
Just like how Sasuke and Kaguya took a look towards Naruto's direction as soon as Obito crumbled completely and BZ started blabbering that he held himself too long even on this condition. Meaning they couldn't sense Obito anymore and were shown shocked.

Obito, Sasuke, and Sakura arrive on elevated structure.
Sasuke jumps off elevated structure.
Obito and Sakura are still on elevated structure which looks flat due to the panel angle.
Obito jumps off the freaking structure and races over to save Naruto.
Either Kishimoto accidentally drew the downed Naruto and Sasuke twice in this panel or we got two mystery men revealed there which are both Tobidara's Paths.
This leaves Sakura still on the structure to witness the death of Obito from afar. Now shut up, pay attention to the manga, and stop reaching for evidence on a conclusion you have already convinced yourself into.
