I take it back, Hidan beats Sasori as he is > Poison and Iron Sand in speed.

Itachi uses MS abilities which cause blood, and Hidan pushes him to use at least Tsukuyomi which has no effect on hidan. He gets the blood and kills Itachi.

Obito>Pein>Itachi>=Hidan>Kisame>Deidara>Sasori>White/Black Zetsu>Konan with prep>Konan>Spy-Kabuto>Kakuzu.

Hidan can't even blitz Shikamaru. I can't believe you're suggesting he's faster than Iron Sand here.

Even then, Satetsu's strength comes from it's unpredictability and considering Sasori implies he can make Satetsu of far greater magnitudes (which isn't surprising considering his 5 in stamina), then he certainly can easily overwhelm Hidan.
