Girls-ugliest: Temari without a doubt.

Girls-best looking: It is close for me between Sakura/Ino but I'll go with Ino

Ugliest... well, none of the girls can be considered as "ugly", but if I had to choose I would pick Ten Ten and Hinata. They just look plain to me.
