Oh and to add to the ugly I would have to say Chiyo, Nagato (you gotta admit his worn out body wasn't to appealing) and Rock lee and his bowl cut.
As for beautiful Kiba's mom I can't remember her name ATM.

This is true but he has a great style and I find it very difficult to separate looks and personality. Other characters are drawn to appear better looking like Genmar but they are not really attractive. I still think Kakashi is better looking even if he has buck teeth!
Mind you I think Ibiki is attractive so I might not have good taste xd

True I like his attitude and style, but if we were to judge looks I would leave him out since I never seen his face. Plus I don't go for the same *** if you noticed I only put women in my post. Unless I was saying a guy was ugly. As for Ibiki I think he would be alright if you like a guy that probably test the sharpness of his kunai on his head.
