She "birthed" the chakra on earth, there seems to be more shinju's(god trees) across the universe. As there was one shown in the boruto movie albeit very old or dead. They're her relatives, all we know is momoshiki "one in the middle" wanted to gather all the chakra on earth to blossom the chakra fruit. He was going to cultivate immortal pills from it.
