OT: He is filler and won't be revealed in the upcoming Naruto manga if there is even one. He doesn't look anything like Kawaki so you can rule him out. He is probably one of Momo's minions whom he used to absorb for his power like he did with Kinishiki.

The third Ootsutsuki hasn't been mentioned in Boruto the Movie or The Last. Lets just find out from fillers, if its not in the fillers; email Kishimoto or ask him at a convention. Also Kaguya after just mentions her sons after, Boruto the Movie mentions the pursuers.

The two from the middle to right were threats that frightened kaguya. They're the villains in the boruto movie and the new boruto manga. They're also pretty much the reason why sasuke didn't go back to konoha after all these years.
