If the fight is solely swords then the one with the most skill with a sword wins. It's not rocket science. Sasuke is the strongest person who fights with a sword but that is because of his other skills used in conjecture like coating his blade in ration. A ration sword isn't kenjutsu it's ninjutsu combined with kenjutsu. Speaking on a strictly kenjutsu point those three are above Sasuke. This isn't a ****in Shaw Bros. film the one armed swordsman isn't the best swordsman in NV, he may be the strongest who uses a sword but he isn't the strongest at using a sword many people outclass him in swordsmanship.

huh? no. kenjutsu is cqc which like taijutsu is also based on good reactions and speed. you can have all the skill in the world but if you are not as fast or reactive as your opponent then its meaningless. sasuke physical stats is well above any of this guys so they get cut down eventually because he would be able to react to them and also strike faster. worse if he uses shunshin

Mangetsu Hozuki did master all of the 7 ninja swords, something that everyone hasn't done. He's definetly up there on my list of talented sword users.

If you were to restrict everyone in the narutoverse that uses swords consistently to a level where they could only rely on their kenjutsu, Bee would be the strongest out of everyone else.

Mangetsu would most likely beat Bee in a pure kenjutsu fight due to him mastering all of the Mist's 7 blades, but we haven't seen anything from him.

It's laughable how all of Sasuke's fans are unintelligent. Fans choose him because they can't differentiate between skill and combining Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu. Sasuke's skill with sword is standard, nothing more; he merely combines it with Ninjutsu to incapacitate an opponent, which would be cheating under this condition. Sasuke is a mere standard swordsman.

Killer B is indisputably the strongest and most skilled swordsman. The unorthodox style that combines skill and speed, which Itachi and Sasuke, whom have some of the best CQC feats, were demolished by. Clearly speaks Bee's overwhelming sword power and skill. Not to mention that now he has Samehada, which is an asset to him in Kenjutsu, it adds versatility on his side: Chakra absorption and healing properties.

You're not understanding if the fight is restricted to swords and physical capabilities only then Sasuke can not, in any way, defeat Mangetsu as he wouldn't be able to touch him due to the hozuki clans water body. Yes Sasuke has more strength and speed then Mangetsu but without Raiton he can't damage him.

If that's true then he would have beat Bee in swords and not had to use Amaterasu. Also without ninjutsu Sasuke has no way to damage Mangetsu in a sword fight.

yeah, and since he has it strapped on him instead of in his stomach it might mean he uses it more often. anything is possible with orochi since he has his arms back, hashi cells and some connection with sage mode. #orochiHype

Because it's a supplemental jutsu isn't it? There's no hand signs needed for it to take effect. It's just part of their body like Sasuke's Sharingan so if Sasuke gets to use his sharingan's enhanced sight and prediction abilities then the Hozuki should rightfully get to use their hydrification technique too no?
