My opinion:
Sasuke is the strongest guy using a sword.
Itachi's Totsuka blade and Hagoromo's Nunoboko sword are the strongest swords.
Bee is the most skilled with swords.

Bee might be the most skill full but skill alone doesn't make you the best swordsman. Sasuke has speed along with pre-cog vision which allows him to use his sword on any opponent he likes at the highest level.

Madara is in the top swordsman list because we all saw his amazing skills with it, he during the shinobi war managed to disarm a sword mans while countering and killing other fighters at the same time and easily cutting them down, countless jonin and chuunin with a sword...

Itachi makes the list because he's itachi and he would have easily mastered something like that since he mastered all other weapons, tbh the only time we saw hI'm use a sword was during the Uchiha clan massacre but it's safe to say that if itachi goes against anyone while he is armed with a sword he would come out the victor...


Killer bee was not the most skilled just had the most unusual or unorthodox style, sasuke had greater skill even to the point of stopping killer bee swords dead in his track but bee just used 8 swords and nobody can track that many swords...

Sasuke is clearly the top guy, he just fought kinshiki with only a sword while kinshiki used his element weapons and sasuke has fought everybody he has faced since part 2

At that time Bee was clearly more skilled than Sasuke. He could handle more swords then anyone that shows how skilled he is. He could also use lightning in everything even a pencil. Sasuke thought he was special and invented something new.

However Sasuke became the strongest and most skillful kenjutsu user when he got hagoromos chakra and Rinnegan, maybe even EMS.
