know many forbidden jutsu, completed Edo Tensei,
solo-ist 4 tail Kyuubi's cloak, managed to manipulated
Sasuke (got absorb and killed by him but still alive)
and Kabuto that consider as a genius kid,
build his own hidden villages, and more important is
he have many followers that completely trust him
(Sound Four, Kabuto and Kimimaro etc)... He can use
them at will without put any strange jutsu on them...
