Who's the strongest person Orochimaru can beat in CQC?

As thread says who is the strongest shinobi Orochimaru can beat in CQC, he is completely healthy with Zetsu body and his new snake hands feats should be added. Summonings are not allowed.

CQC is hand to hand right? if it is, then Hebi sasuke without sharingan or Jiraiya without SM

Assuming no ninjutsu or genjutsu is allowed, he could beat Itachi or current Sasuke with sheer endurance.

I doubt any one can beat itachi in hand to hand combat except guy and maybe madara. Current sasuke beats oro too.
