Who's the strongest kage that has been resurrected during this war???

There has been four resurrected kages during this war, and they are mū, the second mizukage, the fourth kazekage, and the third raikage, so out of these four kage, which us the strongest???

It took KM Naruto, Kazekage Gaara, and his student Oonoki to even lay a blow on him.

Hell they thought they defeated him but he just split to bring the big dog out, Madara.
