She ripped through Susano'o. If she wasn't lacking in speed, she would be OP. With Byakugo it's damn near impossible to kill her.

True, but he was fodderized by a Stage 4 Susanoo, Hydra Mode should let him rip right through a ribcage, same thing with Manda. A lot of characters could destroy a Stage 1 Susanoo.

Not really, if Temari wanted to, she could have soloed Tayuya on her own. How exactly?

She's not the strongest female ninja but I believe kiri kiri mae has a much wider area of effect compared to most other attacks that the female ninjas in the manga possess. For that reason, Temari gets the title of solo Queen.
