Out of your list : Shikamaru.

In the entire series : extremely difficult to point out ONE intellectually superior shinobi. Many demonstrated good tactics/strategy and showed great analyzing skills whether they were hailed as geniuses or not. But, there are a couple who shined in my opinion (top tier) the likes of Itachi, Minato, Kakashi, Tobirama and couple more.

shikamaru easily but out of the series obviously madara. amazing tactics on the field of battle. he was able to discern what type of jutsu enemies were using and its weakness. he rationalized in battle easily coming to the conclusion that him and sauce were related by more than just blood and thats without knowing about time traveling ninja spirits and he devised alot of what happened in the ninja world leading up to his revival and IT.
