so i would say the builder
right like you dont necessarily have to be smart in context of like being the founder of a country, you just have to be curious, be the first one to find something by chance or have the resources. people originated in Africa then just kind of ventured off to see what else was there. a lot of countries that are here were founded from someone having superior numbers or technology in a battle. not because they were super intelligent. i would say the builder is smarter in that context because they saw how to improve and expand that and make it last. one thing i liked about Europe when i traveled there is everything is so old compared to the U.S. or Australia, like its been around a really long time, because of builders
even like with art and music. a lot of stuff is founded off experimentation and chance more than like purposeful. outside of like Brian Eno with ambient music and Picasso with Cubism. most people were trying to create something else, like rock music they were just trying to make faster blues, house music they were trying to make disco, the list goes on, it just happened to be different enough that it needed a different name for marketing. even scales and colors, someone was like if i hit this note and it makes this sound, lets build on that a name the sounds and structure the ones that go together in a key
bruh even a house, you dont have to be super smart to realize you need shelter from the weather, even animals can do that, thats instinct. everything structured has some sort of foundation but you dont need high intelligence for that like i said. you do need more intelligence to go from, huts >house> mansion >buildings>towers
improving things takes a lot of smarts at certain point. more so than founding so yeah, im a go with builders
