Who's The Slowest

Just as the title says. I've seen a lot of who's faster than who, who's fastest and all that, but now I wanna know who do you guys think is the slowest nin in the manga? I'm thinking actual nin's only here. IMO inoshikachou are all down there, as well as shino, ten ten etc. doesn't have to be a konoha nin just a nin. Discuss!

I guess both, so overall, attack speed and jutsu speed, wasn't really thinking foot speed..... it was pretty vague though my bad

Probably chouji in his fat form then probably ino maybe even gaara since he doesn't really move

I'd say gaara because he always had that heavy ass gourd on his back lol. I remember in the older games, Gaara was the only ninja that couldnt run, he literally walked towards his opponents XD

Gaaras pretty damn slow as well, his attacks with the sand aren't too shabby though.. still kinda slow though

Not necessarily lol..Gaara's abilities can afford him to be stationary most of the time and when he does need to move, he simply takes flight. And his flight speed is more or less implied to be faster than the Tsuchikage's (
