Kiba IMO
I would have said Sakura but she still has some good supporters going for her. Kiba doesn't have that. What makes me pick him over somebody like let's say Tenten is because he actually had a pretty decent fight against Sakon/Ukon in Part 1 (who Orochimaru thought was the strongest of the Sound 4).

i am with kiba he is the most useful member in his team shino is good too but he is always forgeten
