They didn't change it until people that where wrong complained it was wrongly worded. The op was worded fine. Literally the only word he took out was pretty much "medical" I don't know where you'd get who's the best at medical jutsu from overall strongest but ok.

Lol you could've asked in the OP: Who's the strongest SHINOBI overall, the fact that you categorized medical ninjutsu or brought it up medical ninjutsu up at all is a one off.

But again, their healing surpasses everyone else's.
