According to what you said, it would have to be Madara. He was knowledgeable and skillful since he was young, able to defeat shinobi way older than him and imagined a Dream World that he could create with all the resources he had. Madara also has some of the most destructive and epic jutsu and Kishi gave him a badass design (esp. as Rikudo Madara). He also soloed countless shinobi (including the main/side characters and not to mention was able to successfuly cast IT upon the whole World. hmm
