What I meant is, for example, if Minato is standing somewhere with kunai in hand fighting an enemy. He is only as fast as a thrown kunai in a way. Because once his enemy sees the kunai coming he can get out of the way. Minato might throw 10 or 20 kunai out to cover the ground, the enemy can just back away onto fresh ground. Unless Minato regathers kunai or has infinite kunai, eventually he'll run out and the two fighters will be on equal footing.

So for a skilled opponent I don't think Minato's kunai trick would be to difficult to conteract, supposing that they knew about it and had a few moments to strategize. Minato's main advantage with this is lessened significantly if the enemy understands the kunai's connection to his teleport ability. Just my 2cp.

minato has still his own speed with out the jutsu... we see that in kakashi gariden when kakashi att the rock ninja where he got hit on a arm u see that he hassen used the jutsu to get to kakashi that was just his normaly speed

nope he had some sort of a seal put on the rock ninja and he teleported to him

Itachi is not faster than naruto. Speed is not even one of his special traits. Sauske is shown to move quicker tha Itachi. Itachi was no in my memory of the series a speedster except in making hand seals.Am I really that far off base by saying this?:ghehe:

For getting from A to B then it's Minato. Since Minato has his space time jutsu that can cover more ground instantly. In term of raw speed, then it's the Raikage. He was able to outmove the Sharingan's predictive abilities which is certainly impressive.

minato can basically go anywhere instantly... it's not even a contest... now if madara was put in there then i'd be unsure...

madara doesn't have speed. his technique is just teleportation
