I would associate "pretty" with effeminacy and as such would be Haku followed by Minato.

Haku lol. Its so bad that almost every fan fiction that he appears in has in the description "Fem Haku".

Haku then Minato. Only two to have been mentioned to be "pretty" out of that list. The rest weren't ever stated to be considered pretty or attractive in-verse via the manga.
