DBZ villains suck.
So are most Naruto villians, the only one who is actually a villian is Orochimaru.Obito,Madara,Kabuto, and Nagato all had excuses for being bad.
DBZ villains suck.
That because of Cell's Saiyan genes that make him want a challenge. Like when Vegeta had a retard moment and let Cell absorb androids.Cell is legendary only due to gohan. Had he been legit he'd kill gohan b4 he even tried ssj2
You criticized Cell for being a villian that's only about power,Madara is the same way.In a way your post could apply to Madara as well since he wanted power to achieve his goals.
Both are horrible villains.
Amon from lok(b4 the mask came off)... now that. THAT was a villain.
Cell, Naruto villains are garbage we all know how Madara will go out.
Loosing 5 brothers is no better backstory than any other, and he supposedly made peace with hashirama anyway. Anything after that is just him being a bastard.Madara lost 5 of his brothers in war, parents, and trust of his clan as leader. That is tragic backstory, thus he has reasons to support his change as villain. Cell doesn't have backstory.
He has long term motive, which technically coincides with his backstory, seeing as how all the chaos and sadness brought to him and other people, he felt sorrow and wanted to control the world where this doesn't have to happen anymore. Cell, like all the other DBZ villains, wants to destroy the world. Not such a motive at all.
Madara has personality, seeing as how he has been effected treacherously by his past, he discriminates against Women and Senju, the same people he fought, he loves fighting, since he was war-lord, he is calculative and manipulative, as he brainwashed Obito by his peace words to do all of his dirty, and killed him on cold blood without remorse, to achieve his goals. Cell has no personality.
Madara killed off 2 main characters and is the reason why Obito had caused problems to the verse. Cell has no big cause.
All DBZ focuses is on power, hence why they have shit villains and characters.

If madara's motive is the Eye of The Moon plan, why does he automatically go to fight hashirama, regardless of how much obito is stealling the spotlight, and juubi.
So madara loosing friends in a war is a good motive, but not for Obito?
Also, you really need to learn the meaning of the word "Killed" Naruto and Sasuke are still walking around, and you've said that he killed Obito too.
Cell had a purpose and goal:to be the ultimate being that ever existed.Madara did'nt kill Sasuke and Naruto since they're still alive while Cell killed Goku and Trunks(both in his alternate timeline and the one DBZ takes place in.)Madara lost 5 of his brothers in war, parents, and trust of his clan as leader. The reason Cell does'nt need to absorb anyone in his Perfect Form is because what's the point? He had already absorbed 17&18 and completed his evolution. The only reason Cell even went back in time is because the androids were destroyed in his timeline.Cell is retarded. Literally, retarded. For no reason.
Through absorption, he is capable of gaining the knowledge the victim had. He's displayed this a few times in DBZ. Through absorption, he also gets stronger. Though when he absorbs the androids he is transforms.
By his Perfect Form, he can no longer absorb. The capability is gone. Now. . Doctor Gero's creation is incredibly intelligent, that goes without saying as with absoprtion and the creator making sure of Cell being above average. Why didn't he absorb Bulma, go back to the past, absorb EVERYTHING in the Universe, time travel again, do it all over again, and keep doing this? He'd get stronger and stronger, and be closer to what he defines as "Perfection" Being the strongest.
No need to absorb the androids just yet. Just go to different time lines. It's a never ending tale. He can do this for all eternity. He should recognize his ability to do this. Yet. . .He wastes it, absorbs some people, then the androids. And limits himself. Perfection? No Cell. You're being stupid for failing to realize the potential you had.
That, and Madara has at least three times more depth than Cell. But Cell has a swagger to him. . .Dat theme.

Meanwhile Madara is ****ing around instead of doing the thing he spent nearly half a century planning.
Cell'ss mindset was the Ultimate or Perfect being was unstoppable. He knew he gained power from Earthling, and he also knew of other planets that generally produced stronger fighters. I.E. The Namekians. Absorbing the Androids multiples his power and what not, so why not absorb MORE to make the multiplication even greater?!
Cell's true goal should of been something more along the lines of absorbing all life and attaining everything to be complete. Not unsimilar of his counterpart in naruto, Orochimaru. But Instead Cell blinds himself to the androids when he should know to absorb powerful fighters and well, everything else to make his later power stronger.
Why stop there? Why not go to another planet or time line and continue it? Cell literally has no real reason why to not do this and bum rush towards the Androids. Yet he does. His character is basically a stereotypical "Bad ass". Piss poor villain. His introduction basically turned the DBZ verse from decent to sub par.
I should of expected this. .
A villain is no longer good villain, if he/she has same motive as all the other ones do.
