Kakashi is a pretty good teacher in Shippuden, and he was responsible for teaching Sasuke one of his most-commonly used techniques.

As for Minato, we haven't really seen him teaching, so we can't say much about that.

Kakashi mostly for his ability to recognize his student's strengths and cater to them. Even if that means Naruto going with Jiraiya and Sakura with Tsunade. A good teacher may not do all the heavy lifting but will put you in the best position possible to get stronger.

Minato has shown nothing but carry some bells

Kakashi taught his students a lot of things and most importantly teamwork and Naruto and Sasuke have used this to survive each fight.
